Born from the restoration of the old Palace of Prince Granatelli, the Grand Hotel Federico II, rises in the very heart of the town on a quiet residential street, close to Ruggero Settimo Avenue – the most fashionable shopping and business area. The Hotel offers 60 rooms, 1 Presidential Suite and 2 Junior Suites all equipped with all the comforts. Furnishings are particularly refined-personalized with master’s pictures and period furniture. Toilets are decorated with precious marbles, enriched with ceramic pots filled with dried roses’ petals and aromatic spices and equipped with soft chenille bathrobes. All rooms are completely soundproof.

The restaurants – “Costanza” Breakfast Hall, and “Caesar” the main one, are located on the fifth floor where there was the old prince’s apartment and in the terrace, a Roof-Garden has been created for summer dinners. In our restaurant every dish is a refined gastronomic creation, results of an authentic passion; The Cellar offers a selection of the best Sicilian wines, and naturally the most important Italian and French Crus.
Breakfast is served with a large Buffet holding a wide variety of typical products, fresh pastry and cakes.
