The credit card data will serve exclusively for guaranting the booking and it's requested from all the hotels. It will be erased from the server soon after the forwarding to the hotel structure by fax.

For every allowed and used booking, the customer will pay the hotel in the measure of the official rates or other agreed rate only.

A booking can be cancelled by sending a fax at n° +39 0931 523203. If the cancellation of reservation is done 5 days before the prearranged arrival, it will be charged from Your credit card 15 Euro only as Your contribute to our cost of reservation and cancellation.

Expired the term, the hotel will debit You just the first night of the reserved room (NO SHOW).
