The Cancel of the booking effected without respecting the term and the anticipated formalities it will involve for the client the following payment of the penalties suitable, calculated in percentage on the rates corresponding to the typology of the furnished services. The terms related to cancel of the booking must be counts beginning from the day of beginning of the stay.

from 14° to 7° day before the arrival: 1 night in B/B                          

from 6° day to the day of arrival:

               for bookings over 6 nights: 3 nights in B/B;

               for bookings up to 6 nights: 50% of the total amount of the stay in B/B;                        

NO SHOW: 100% of the total amount of the stay in B/B   

For cancel or amendments of a confirmed booking already, we charge from Your credit card 15,00 Euro as Your contribute to cost of reservation and cancellation.

Without constituting contractual obligation, the hotel keeper will lavish him to resell the annulled services. In positive case it will reduce in proportion the penalties, done you save the most greater expenses or the smaller incomes determined by the substitution  

Penalità Di Annullamento

La disdetta delle prenotazioni effettuata senza rispettare il termine e le modalità previste comporterà per il cliente il pagamento delle penali di seguito indicate, calcolate percentualmente sulle tariffe corrispondenti alla tipologia dei servizi forniti. I termini relativi alle disdette delle prenotazioni dovranno essere conteggiati a partire dal giorno di inizio del soggiorno.

dal 14° al 7° giorno prima dell'arrivo: 1 pernottamento in B/B                          

dal 6° alla data di arrivo:

                 per prenotazioni superiori a 6 notti: 3 pernottamenti in B/B;

                 per prenotazioni inferiori a 6 notti: 50% dell’importo totale del soggiorno in B/B;                

NO SHOW: 100% dell’importo totale del soggiorno in B/B

Per cancellare o modificare una prenotazione già confermata, verrà addebitata la somma di 15,00 Euro per contributo spese di prenotazione e disdetta sostenute.

Senza costituire obbligo contrattuale, l’Albergatore si prodigherà per rivendere in toto o in parte i servizi annullati. In caso positivo ridurrà in proporzione le penalità, fatti salvi le maggiori spese o i minori introiti determinati dalla sostituzione
